OKLAHOMA COMPOST CONFERENCE 2023
Advocating for Solutions: Activating the Power of Compost
Our 9th annual Oklahoma Compost Conference was held Thursday, October 26, 2023 at the Eastern Oklahoma County Technology Center in Choctaw, OK. Our keynote speaker was Linda Waldt-Norris, the Advocacy and Chapters Director of the US Composting Council. She was joined by a stellar list of other speakers (like Sarah Pottle from Rust Belt Fibershed), workshop hosts, and panelists as noted on the schedule below. This power-packed day came with affordable rates (morning snacks and lunch included), great networking opportunities, and tons of information to help attendees advocate for composting in our state.
Discounted student rates and scholarships were available.
